Let’s face it, we all need a ladies night! If it’s your turn to host, let Enchanting Events by Erica handle
the details. We will setup at your residence or the location of your choice. All décor items belonging to
us should be boxed or bagged for pickup on the scheduled day.

​Package includes:
• 5 hours of planning to iron out details like food, beverage, theme and must haves
• Vendor procurement and collaboration (Caterer, DJ, Photographer, Videographer, etc.)
• Custom designed centerpieces and table settings. Large and elaborate designs will be billed accordingly to secure needed materials and supplies.
• Solid colored polyester table linens (specialty linens, overlays & runners are an additional fee)
• Banquet or spandex chair covers with or without sashes
• Setup décor and oversee the load-in of contracted vendors
